To support families, I created a parent-facing digital tool called the IEP Police Analyzer™.

IEP Police™ is a parent-empowerment and special education advocacy brand that equips families to confidently navigate the IEP process. Founded by a school social worker and certified IEP developer who is also a parent of a child with an IEP, IEP Police empowers parents with knowledge, strategy, and voice — so they never feel powerless or silenced at the IEP table.

We believe every child deserves an education that honors their unique needs, strengths, and God-given potential.
